Oh my

Today started soooo well! Hardly any nausea, only gagged once (and if you had to change MP's diaper this AM you would have too), felt great! This afternoon, totally different. Want so badly to barf, afraid of what's going to come up, would rather just try to sleep it off. But I have to go make dinner for my boys. If you're reading this, please pray that the nausea/vomiting passes soon for my sanity's sake? It's much appreciated :)
